“(April 27, 2020) As Tracye Eileen strategically worked out all the details of her third CD, she had the goal of pushing her artistry to become an internationally known soul artist. She already has a rich history, opening for such artists as The Stylistics and Buddy Guy and establishing a monthly residency at Guy’s Legends club in her hometown of Chicago. There were plenty of personal sacrifices and dues paying between her debut 2012 CD, Love’s Journey, and her breakthrough sophomore project, Why Did I Say Yes.
